TRAINING SERVICES

The IQARUS MIRA, CEER/FPOS & TEM programmes are now available in Thailand & Southeast Asia! |
When undertaking any form of medical training, it is imperative that the training staff have sound, up-to-date medical knowledge and are well versed in the practical aspects within their field. This not only ensures that the information imparted is accurate but above all else, it ensures that the information for what many consider to be a complex topic can be broken down into a digestible format and that most questions that arise can be answered fully.

Developed by Emergency Medical Services International in association with Iqarus and the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI), the Diver Medical Responder course is designed to provide members of the recreational and technical diving communities with the appropriate knowledge and skills to provide the immediate response to casualties of both diving and non-diving emergencies. It comprehensively addresses these issues, especially when we find ourselves in areas and environments where there is either a delayed, unskilled or non-existent emergency ambulance service. |

Emergency First Responder and Oxygen Provider
Familiar to most members of PADI, the American Heart Association's Emergency First Responder programme is an intuitive 'first step' into the realms of first aid provision with significant emphasis on cardiopulmonary resuscitation, basic primary and secondary care. |
We have coupled this course with PADI's Oxygen Provider course - usually reserved for divers - which details the benefits of rapid oxygen provision for victims of diving accidents. |
With additional elements focusing on the provision of oxygen for non-diving emergencies and with a greater emphasis on cardiopulmonary anatomy and physiology, we have tailored a comprehensive first aid course that is suitable for divers and non-divers alike. |
